International Strategy And Staff
KIIT(kalinga institute industrial techonology) University gives more importance to the International programme. His main objective is to make the University internationally recognised as among the world’s best Universities, building on its current excellence in research and learning across a wide range of disciplines. His idea of giving full scholarships to deprived/ neglected and at the same time brilliant students from different parts of the world shows his commitment to the field of International Education.- He has set up some core goals for the international strategy and the supporting staff are:
- To establish an effective International Cell to carry out the International programmes.
- Recruit and ensure effective and appropriate support to the students
- Target recruitment on specific territories
- Work with strategic international partners to develop quality joint and collaborative programmes and ensure that the relationships of the University with other partners, sponsors, government, media and other stakeholders is efficiently and effectively managed
- Support staff undertaking international activities through the provision of information, advice, general encouragement and provide them with academic and cultural awareness
- To support academic staff in developing research programmes that have an international remit and focus, as well as assist other staff in international knowledge transfer and organisational learning.
