(I)   Bio-technology

(a)Graduates with Honours in Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Micro-biology, Biochem­istry and Fisheries.

(b)Graduates in Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology with Physics, Chemistry or Mathemat­ics as pass subjects with 50% marks in aggregate.

(c)Graduates [as in (a) and (b) shown as above] including Medical, Agriculture, Pharmacology, Marine Biology and Engineering are eligible for admission to Biotechnology.

(II)     Environmental Sciences:(a)Honours in Agricultural Science / Marine Science & Oceanography / Marine Engineering / Botany / Chemistry / Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Geology/ Physics/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Micro Biology/ Mathematics.

(b)Graduates having any of the above subjects as pass subject with 50% marks in aggregate in graduation.

(III) Business Management:Admission into MBA programme is through JEE, Orissa. Vacant seats if any will be filled up from the Orissa JEE qualified candidates of the concerned year only.

(IV)     Information and Communication Technology:

Admission into MCA programme is through JEE, Orissa. Vacant seats if any, will be filled up from the Orissa JEE qualified candidates of the concerned year only.

(V)     Population Studies:

(a)Gratuation with Anthropology / Demography / / Geography / Economics / Mathematics / Population Studies / Psychology / Sociology / Statistics as a Hons. subject.

(b)Graduates having any one of these above subjects as Pass/ Elective subject with 50% of marks in the aggregate.

(VI)     Applied Physics and Ballistics:

B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics / Mathematics or 50 % in aggregate in PCM combination at the graduate stage or Engineering.

(VII)     Social Sciences:
(a)     Graduates with Pol. Science/Economics/Sociology/ Anthropology /Mathematics / Psychology /History / Statistics as Hons. subject.

(b)Graduate having any one of these above subjects as Pass /Elective with 50 % Marks in the aggregate.
