lntroduction Deparment Of Physics In BERHAMPUR UNIVERSITY Orissa

The Department of Physics was established in the year 1969. The Department offers two year Masters degree and one year M.Phil. degree. In addition students can do Ph.D. under the guidance of the faculty members of the department. Over the years the almuni of the department have excelled in the fields of Science, Teaching, Banking, Administration etc. bringing glory to the department. Up to now more than 13 alumni are settled in U.S.A. occupying high scientific positions
