- 1 Original HSC (10th) or Equivalent Examination's Certificate
- 2 Original Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent Examination's
- Mark sheet and Certificate
- 3 Original Reservation Certificate for SC / ST / PH / ESM / SDP
- 4 Original Discharge Certificate for ESM Candidate
- 5 Original and photocopy of Blood Group Certificate
- 6 Original College / School Leaving Certificate and Conduct Certificate
- 7 Two recent Passport size Color Photographs
- 8 Account Payee Demand Draft for Admission Fee (to be made in
- favor of Ravenshaw University, payable at Cuttack)
- 9 Affidavit Forms duly filled in (available in the website)
